In the course of the modernisation of the PBX phone arrangement the newest generation of the HiPath was used with the customer. The new arrangement was built up completely in KMS Quattro incl. all system maps and system cable up to the main distributor (MD). So that the automatic comparison is guaranteed to the PBX management system furthermore, a new interface was implemented between KMS Quattro and the PBX management system. Thus automatically become all Call No. with the belonging to it position address in KMS Quattro automatically balanced.

Raiffeisen Switzerland

Now the Raiffeisen Switzerland which has used KMS Quattro successfully during the last years for the telephony are documented all active components (server, Switch, Router etc.) in KMS Quattro and are administered.

Gradually all server cupboards were grasped in the KMS Quattro and all active components were inserted. Afterwards were provided all CU FO Patchungen. The whole net FO was likewise documented.

The KMS web uses the Raiffeisen Switzerland anew, the access to KMS Quattro is guaranteed from everywhere on Internet browser any time. Therefore the whole network infrastructure is documented incl. the computer centres of the Raiffeisen Switzerland in KMS Quattro and is administered.

OIZ (Organisation und Informatik der Stadt Zürich)

Documentation and management

The OIZ has documented your computer centres in KMS Quattro anew. All active components are supervised concerning the thermal and electric achievement in KMS Quattro.

Interface RZCMDB and KMS Quattro

With it the order management in KMS Quattro for the OIZ even more optimally can be applied, has been realised an interface to the used Change management of the OIZ.

With the purpose to carry out all adaptations in the IT infrastructure more controlled and more efficiently under minimisation of risks. Therefore KMS Quattro is integrated completely in the workflow of the OIZ with.

The interface passes of a console application "OizSync" which synchronises the entities (article, organisation unities, order and OizObjekten) between the data bank OIZ (RZCMDB) and the data bank KMS (one-way). The second component is KMSweb which offers a generische interface for data (Views) from KMS Quattro. The entities article, and objects OIZ are read by KMS Quattro and are written to the data bank OIZ. The organisation unities and orders are read by the OIZ and are synchronised to KMS Quattro.

EuroAirport Basel
--------------

The euroairport Basel uses a new arrangement PBX for the telephony. The new arrangement PBX was completely provided in KMS Quattro, including connections of the system cables between the PBX arrangement and the main distribution (MD). A new interface to the management system of the PBX arrangement was developed, so that also from now on of the Call No. comparison is guaranteed.
